How long does it take for my order to be processed?
It takes 3-5 business days to process your order. Our graphics processing team spends most of its time improving the quality of the images provided by our customers and preparing them for production. The higher the image quality, the faster the order processing.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order has been proceeded and shipped, you will receive a link with your tracking information.

How do I order a custom mouse pad on your website?
1) We accept images with a minimum width of 1920 pixels and high-resolution images. The more you give, the better the results. Choose a dual-screen wallpaper for printing for ultra-wide mouse pads to avoid over-cropping detail. If you are good at design, you can create your own image.
If you don't have a favorite photo in Ultra HD Solution - don't worry. Our graphics processing team may be able to help. In the worst case only, to improve image quality, we will contact you about our concerns and offer to change the image.
2) On the "upload your design" section, tap "choose an image" and upload your design.
After uploading your image, a special cropping tool will open where you can choose the area of your image for printing. Please choose carefully before putting it into your cart. Wait for the file name to appear before proceeding.
Although our website supports mobile devices, we don't recommend uploading images from your phones and tablets. Some mobile devices reduce the resolution of the images before uploading. We'll let you know if we receive a bad-quality image.
3) To Place an order then, click on the "Add to
Cart" button, then go to your cart section and click the "Check
Out" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information, and we'll have your custom mouse pad printed and shipped as soon as possible!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Our main markets are the USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe. You will only be able to place your order if we deliver to your country.

How long does the Shipping take?
- Regular Mouse Pads: Shipping between 5-8 days
- International Orders: Shipping between 8-12 days

We ship our products from our factory in Texas.

What carriers do you use to ship my order?
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, DHL, among other providers; the choice depends on the destination country. Don't forget we provide Free Shipping on all orders.
